2/. Determine your alarm tool

Many (most!) people use their phone as their alarm. This is still compatible.

Future you – long term satisfaction

3/. What will you do when the alarm goes off?

Remember proactive vs. reactive

Set an intention, if the alarm sounds then I will do one or more of the following…

  • Make the bed
  • Make a good cup of coffee
  • Drink a glass of water
  • Meditate
  • Stretch
  • Get some daylight

BUT NOT – scroll on my phone screen.

4/. Test run it for 3 days
