It has been a real pleasure working with Steve. He immediately offers a comfortable and trusted environment, which fostered an ability for me to take a look at bigger picture scenarios that I was previously unable to see. His constant encouragement to step out of the glass and take a look into the business from the outside was incredibly helpful for me.
